Meet Johan

Johan works from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic framework (CBT), and his areas of expertise include overcoming depression; anxiety and panic; trauma; grief and bereavement therapy; martial counselling; and personal growth and development. His approach to therapy is an empathetic, non-judgemental, caring environment, leading people to recovery, change and growth. Johan is available for consultation on Thursdays and Fridays.
